Community: a resort-style pool with a sun ledge, lounge seating, dining and grilling stations, a covered pool-side terrace, a clubroom lounge with TVs, work nooks and an entertaining kitchen, a co-working space with a private conference room and WiFi printer, a 24-hour wellness center with strength and cardio equipment and free weights, a courtyard with lounge seating and a fire feature, a controlled-access parking garage, 24/7 parcel lockers, a bicycle storage room with a repair station and electric car charging stations.
Apartment: a washer and dryer in every home, granite countertops, wood-look plank flooring, ceramic tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances with a built-in microwave and side-by-side refrigerators, keyless entry, USB outlets in kitchens and bedrooms and Honeywell thermostats.
