Two-bedrooms started at $2,628 for the B1 and went up to $2,893 for the B4. Three-bedrooms started at $3,919 for the C1, with the TH C1 townhome at $4,014. Community: two resort-style pools, The Tailor fitness center, two dog parks, Omar’s Playground, a Traveler’s Clubroom with event spaces and lounges, trails, on-site storage and garages, resident perks at nearby retailers at The Sound, and renewable electricity in common areas.
Apartment: granite surfaces with designer tile accents, wood-style flooring, private balconies or yards, walk-in closets, an in-home washer and dryer, smart-home enabled appliances and smart lock entry, with a collection of color schemes. Tile-surround walk-in showers are only in select homes.

August Hills accepts dogs and cats, up to two per home, with no weight limit. The pricing page lists a $400 non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent, both per pet.
