The required monthly fees itemize to $152: internet $80, package services $30, pest control $7 and doorstep trash $35. The tool’s quoted totals run $262 above base rent on 31 of 32 homes, because it lists internet ($80) and package ($30) charges a second time. One home was quoted $152 above base rent. Community: a custom pool with a tanning deck and in-water lounging, an outdoor lounge with a fireplace and TV, an outdoor cooking area with BBQ grills, a clubhouse with lounge seating, private work rooms and a business center, a conference room, a sports simulator, a fitness center with a private yoga studio, a pet wash station and pet park, an automated package room, valet trash, private garages and carports, and controlled access gates.
Apartment: 9- and 10-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, tile backsplashes, vinyl-plank flooring in living spaces, walk-in closets with wood shelving, in-unit washers and dryers and keyless entry. Select homes add a private yard.
