How much does Interurban Building cost? (checked Oct 3, 2026)

The property’s availability tool listed four homes on Oct 3, 2026, all two-bedrooms. The 1,169 sq ft B2 was $1,975 base rent, the 1,150 sq ft PB1 was $2,450, and both the 1,345 sq ft PB6/7 and the 1,460 sq ft PB9 were $3,150. The site says its homes include two-story layouts, lofts with an office and units with a Juliet balcony.

The quoted monthly total adds $19.65 to each plan. That matches the itemized required fees: pest control $3.50 plus a $1.15 admin fee, and trash hauling $12 plus a $3 admin fee. Water, sewer, electric and stormwater are usage-based and extra, and renters insurance is a third-party policy. The site shows a Specials link, but I could not read any offer on the pages I checked.
