Community: a swimming pool with tanning deck, a fountain terrace with outdoor grilling station, a fitness center, a poolside fire pit, an executive business center, a resident lounge, a clubhouse with billiards, full kitchen and media center, a coffee bar, an aqua lounge, courtyards with fireplaces, seating and fountains, Wi-Fi in common areas, controlled access for parking and building, reserved parking, resident package acceptance and elevator access to resident floors.
Apartment: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with undermount sinks, custom designer cabinetry, hardwood floors, spacious walk-in closets and on-site storage. Select homes add tiled kitchen backsplashes, USB ports in the kitchen, new track lighting, stained concrete floors, framed bathroom mirrors, an accent wood wall and a full-size washer and dryer.
