On Oct 4, 2026, the leasing tool listed 10 homes at The Element. The 708 sq ft 1A one-bedroom was $1,418, the 917 sq ft 1H ranged from $1,688 to $1,858 across four homes, and the two 2BR/2BA homes were $2,141 (2E) and $2,286 (2D). All were quoted on an 18-month term.
Required fixed fees were $10.25 a month. Utilities are on top: water is submetered, electricity is directly metered, and HVAC, trash and stormwater are allocated charges the tool does not price. The site says its Total Monthly Leasing Price combines base rent with required fixed monthly fees, so ask for the utility estimate for your unit.
