The Kirby’s floor plans page showed 17 available homes across 10 plans on Oct 3, 2026. Studios started at $1,267 (A2, 502 sq ft). One-bedrooms started at $1,518 (A7, 617 sq ft) and ran up to $2,498 for the 1,445 sq ft A18. The penthouse A14 started at $2,367. Every two-bedroom plan, and several studios and one-bedrooms, showed ‘Call for details’ instead of a price.
These are starting prices and the site says the figures may change before a lease is signed. Water, sewer, trash and pest are billed monthly by a third party based on usage, so they are on top of rent. Ask the leasing office for the total for the exact home and lease length you want.

Community: a rooftop pool and spa, Sky Fitness with city views, an outdoor kitchen with seating, a rooftop resident lounge, a coffee bar, a virtual training studio with Mirror technology, an on-site laundry facility, an electronic parcel locker system, complimentary Wi-Fi in the lobby, rooftop lounge and laundry room, assigned garage parking and elevators in the 17-story tower.
Apartment: original 1913 hardwood floors, exposed brick, structural concrete ceilings with exposed ductwork, expansive city and skyline views, spacious walk-in closets, renovated bathrooms and private foyers in select homes, plus ceiling fans, central air and heating, and all-electric kitchens. Stainless steel appliances, full-size washer and dryers and extra storage are marked as available in select homes only, and upgraded apartments with new appliances and finishes are available on request.

The Kirby allows up to 2 pets, dogs and cats, with a 35 lb maximum weight each. It charges a single $300 non-refundable fee for one or two pets at move-in plus $20 a month per pet. Pets must be house-broken and inoculated. Restricted breeds include Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane and wolf breeds, and the list is not limited to those.
