The Statler’s floor plans page showed six priced plans on Oct 3, 2026. The 722 sq ft Linda Lee one-bedroom ran from $1,628 to $1,838 base rent, with nine homes listed. Two-bedrooms were $2,455 (Bennett, 973 sq ft), $2,647 (Tucker, 1,010 sq ft) and $2,661 (Monaco, 1,158 sq ft), plus the 2,585 sq ft Andre at $5,940. The 2,240 sq ft Clary three-bedroom was $5,237. Ten other plans, including the 501 sq ft Hope studio, said to contact the office.
The site’s advertised monthly totals add the $76 of required fixed fees to base rent. I did not see a rent special on the pages I read, so ask the office whether one applies.

Community: a resort-inspired pool with a tanning ledge and private cabanas, an outdoor kitchen with gas grills, a poolside lounge, a 24-hour fitness center, AT&T fiber internet, resident valet parking in a private covered garage, a 24-hour resident concierge, 24-hour package receiving, 24-hour emergency maintenance and a smoke-free building. The building also houses Overeasy, Bourbon & Banter, Waterproof, Scout and Apothecary Social, which the site lists as perks.
Apartment: large picture windows with solar shades, hardwood floors in living spaces and bedrooms, custom closet shelving, full-size washers and dryers, frameless glass showers, quartz countertops with undermount sinks, tiled backsplashes and Samsung stainless steel appliances. In-shower benches and large pantries are in select homes only.
