One-bedrooms started at $1,420 (A0) and went to $2,150 (A4). Two-bedrooms ran from $1,970 (B1) to $2,725 (B5), and three-bedrooms were $2,890 (C3) and $2,936 (C2). Four plans said to contact the office for pricing.
The FAQ says the community may offer move-in specials or limited-time incentives, but it does not list one, so ask the leasing team what applies. I did not find application, administrative or mandatory monthly fees on the pages I read.

Community: two resort-inspired pools, two golf simulators, a putting green, a sky lounge, a game lounge, a fitness center with instructor-led classes, a yoga lawn, conference and co-working spaces, tranquil courtyards, a dog wash, concierge services, a Luxer One package room, coin-operated laundry rooms and bicycle storage and maintenance.
Apartment: quartz countertops, tiled backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring in living areas, managed Wi-Fi and two kitchen and bathroom color schemes. Expansive kitchen islands, glass-enclosed showers, soaking tubs, walk-in closets with built-in shelving, dual-sink vanities, private balconies and private yards are in select homes only.
