Greenway Village’s availability tool showed 114 homes across seven plans on Oct 3, 2026. The one-bedroom A2 (863 sq ft) ran $2,100 to $2,200 in base rent. Two-bedrooms ran from $2,800 for the 1,285 sq ft B1 to $3,600 for the D2, and the three-bedroom D3 ran $3,675 to $3,800. The 1,740 sq ft C1-G three-bedroom was $3,800 and shows a December 2026 availability date.
The site’s total monthly price adds $159.95 of required fixed fees to base rent, which makes the lowest one-bedroom total $2,259.95. I did not see a rent special on the pages I read. The FAQ says residents of certain employers get discounts or incentives, so ask the office if yours is on the list.

The tool lists electric and water/sewer as variable. The FAQ says the amenity fee and pet rent are charged, and that internet is part of the amenity fee, but I could not match the FAQ’s amenity fee wording to a separate line on the tool. Ask the office how the Smart Bundle relates to it. I am not using third-party listing sites for fee numbers.

Community: a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resident lounge with a golf simulator, a coffee bar, a courtyard with a fire pit, a pet-friendly outdoor environment, a neighborhood park, a walking trail and connections to the Frisco hike and bike trail network. The site describes the community as build-to-rent detached homes and townhomes.
Apartment: chef-inspired kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, walk-in closets, double vanities, walk-in showers and soaking tubs, ceiling fans, an in-home washer and dryer, wood-style plank flooring, oversized private yards and private garages. Some features are in select homes only, and the B1-G and D3 plans include a flex space.
