How much does Rye Heights cost? (checked Oct 2, 2026)

Rye Heights lists a total monthly leasing price that adds all fixed, mandatory monthly fees to base rent and leaves out variable, usage-based and move-in charges. On Oct 2, 2026, the lowest total was $1,702 a month for the 431 sq ft S3 studio ($1,594 base rent plus $108 in mandatory fees).
