Non-penthouse one-bedrooms started at $2,275 (E1, 684 sq ft) and ran to $3,376 (A4-2, 1,089 sq ft), two-bedrooms ran from $3,409 (B1-2, 1,307 sq ft) to $4,538 (B3-1, 1,440 sq ft), and penthouse plans ran from $5,850 to $11,581. Five plans, including two penthouses, showed Contact Us instead of a price.
The site’s FAQ puts the average rent at about $3,400 a month. I did not find a special on the pages I read, and the site does not publish an application fee, administrative fee, deposit or monthly fixed fees, so ask the office for a written quote.
