The 537 sq ft S1 studio started at $1,280, and the one-bedrooms started at $1,400 for the 696 sq ft A1 and $1,460 for the 746 sq ft A3. Two-bedrooms started at $1,995 for the 1,091 sq ft B4, and the 1,520 sq ft C2 three-bedroom started at $2,795.
Adding the $130 of required fixed monthly fees gives a lowest studio total of $1,410. The page counted a handful of available homes (for example 4 units on the B3 and 1 on the B8 and C2), and the page did not show a rent special, so ask the office whether one applies.
