Crimson’s availability page showed an “Est. Monthly Cost” that includes base rent, all mandatory monthly fees and any optional fees selected by the user. It excludes usage-based fees and charges due at move-in or move-out. On Oct 2, 2026, the lowest one-bedroom match was penthouse A3 (unit PH29), 13 months, available Dec 5: est. $3,690.75 to $3,740.75 a month on $3,422 base rent. The lowest two-bedroom was penthouse B5A with a study (unit PH23), 13 months, available Dec 5: est. $5,906.75 to $5,956.75 on $5,638 base rent. In both cases the lower estimate is $268.75 above base rent, which is what the page’s definition suggests is the mandatory monthly fee amount (my arithmetic, not a published fee list).
Special: the site banner says “Lease today for 4 weeks free! *special applied to rates displayed” and to contact the team for details. It also offers complimentary valet when you arrive for a tour.
