Community: a cooling spa with fountains and lounge seating, two courtyards with terraces and a covered grilling area, a 24-hour fitness center, a resident lounge with a kombucha bar, a rooftop deck with downtown views, a business center, a coffee bar, Wi-Fi in amenity areas, a pet washing station and pet park, controlled-access parking with reserved spots, Luxer One package lockers and keyless smart building access. It is a smoke-free community inside and out.
Apartment: nine- to eleven-foot ceilings, faux wood plank flooring, white quartz countertops and herringbone ceramic tile backsplashes. The site also advertises renovated interiors with open floor plans.
