Community: a multi-level fitness center with Technogym equipment, a yoga and spin room, a resort-style pool with sun deck, two outdoor gas grills, a business lounge, a 24-hour clubroom and gaming lounge, a private courtyard with fire pit, an outdoor entertainment area with media center, a pet park and pet washing station, a smart mini-market, a multi-level parking garage and EV charging.
Apartment: hand-scraped wood floors, 10-foot ceilings, large closets, a full-size washer and dryer in every home, a microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with water and ice maker, programmable thermostats, ceiling fans and private storage available. Balconies and patios with Uptown or downtown views are in select homes.
