One-bedrooms started at $1,985 (A2, 702 sq ft) and ran to $2,450 for the 967 sq ft A7alt with a 1.5 bath. Two-bedrooms started at $3,179 (B1, 1,105 sq ft), and the 1,667 sq ft B6 penthouse was $4,784.

Community: a rooftop pool with downtown views, a sixth-floor amenity deck with a fire pit and grilling areas, a courtyard with outdoor seating, a rooftop dog run, a 24-hour fitness center, a resident lounge, a coffee lounge during office hours, a business center with complimentary Wi-Fi and a conference room, concierge services, EV charging stations, an on-site parking garage with controlled access and a freight elevator.

Apartment: an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, designer cabinetry, spacious walk-in closets, an oversized soaking tub, wood-style flooring and a private patio or balcony. Separate showers, downtown views and 9 to 13 foot ceilings are in select homes only.
