Quoted totals, which the site says include base rent and all mandatory fees, started at $2,214 for a studio, $2,496 for a one-bedroom and $3,491 for a two-bedroom. The gap between the two figures is $228 a month on every home I checked, so that is the mandatory fee total, though the site does not itemize it.
The same plans showed much higher top-of-range quotes (up to $13,898 for the PH2 penthouse), and the site says pricing varies by lease term and move-in date. Ask the leasing office for the price on the exact home, move-in date and lease length you want. The site showed no current special.

Apartment: granite countertops with ceramic tile backsplashes, stainless steel GE appliances, shaker style cabinetry, engineered wood flooring, 10-foot or higher ceilings, USB outlets, roller shades and full-size washers and dryers in every home. Walk-in showers, custom elfa closets, mudrooms, wine fridges, dry bars and balconies or patios with downtown views are in select homes only. Penthouses have Thermador refrigerators.
