How much does Ascent Victory Park cost? (checked Oct 3, 2026)
Ascent Victory Park’s floor plans page showed the S1 studio (648 sq ft) from $2,085 base rent, one-bedroom homes from $2,165 (A4A) to $2,592 (A9) and two-bedroom homes from $3,074 (B2) to $3,451 (B5) on Oct 3, 2026, with the B1 two-bedroom from $2,995. The Greystar table lists a $20 monthly parking charge among the required items; ask the office what it covers. The property’s own fee list loads with JavaScript, so I could not read the application and admin fees. I am not using third-party listing sites for fee numbers.
