Apartment: gas ranges, dine-in gourmet islands, a stainless steel appliance package, 48-inch custom cabinetry, granite and quartz countertops with decorative tile backsplashes, an urban mudroom with built-in desks, crafted ceilings with lit coves, dimmable lighting, private balconies, crafted tubs with tiled fronts, Elfa closet shelving, solar and blackout shades and a washer and dryer. Wine fridges and walk-in showers with a built-in bench are in select homes.
