The Uptown’s floor plans page listed available one-bedroom homes from $1,720 to $2,235 in base rent and one two-bedroom at $3,145 on Oct 3, 2026. The all-in starting price shown was $78 above base rent on every plan, and the site says you can add parking and pets to that total. See the The Uptown floor plans page.
The home page still showed a Save up to $1000 banner that said move in by May 31, 2025, which is out of date, so I am not treating it as a current offer. Ask the office whether any special applies today.

Community: an upper-floor swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center with free weights, an outdoor grilling station, retail on site in West Village, direct access to the M-Line trolley and Uptown DART station, an underground parking garage, controlled-access buildings, Fetch package service, 24-hour emergency maintenance, resident events and a fenced pet exercise area.
Apartment: 10-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, contemporary cabinetry, designer tile backsplashes, garden tubs with full tile surrounds, built-in microwaves, self-cleaning ovens, a garbage disposal, ceiling fans, ample closets and a washer and dryer in every home. Private balconies, gas fireplaces, Google Nest thermostats, dual vanities and USB ports are in select homes.
