The property’s availability tool listed 12 homes on Oct 4, 2026. The 598 sq ft A1 one-bedroom started at $2,330 base rent, and the other one-bedrooms ran up to $2,625 for the 757 sq ft A4. The 1,316 sq ft B7 two-bedroom started at $3,630, and the 1,399 sq ft B10 was $5,785.
The property’s home page says ‘including fees’ and shows one-bedrooms from $2,476 and two-bedrooms from $3,776. Both are exactly $146 above the lowest base rents, so I treat $146 as the required monthly fee total. The site says usage-based utilities and optional add-ons are extra but does not itemize the $146, so ask the office for the list.

Apartment: custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, smart home technology and a mudroom entryway. Some homes have built-in wine fridges, and the penthouses add private hallway entrances and housekeeping.
