Howell Uptown’s floor plans page describes one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with 9-foot vaulted ceilings, wood-plank-style flooring and designer pendant lighting, but the plan list and prices load through an availability tool that did not display when I checked on Oct 3, 2026, so I am not quoting a rent. See the Howell Uptown floor plans page and ask the office for current prices for your move-in date.
The site shows a banner reading “Limited Time Offer – Receive 1 Month Free On Select Units” and tells visitors to contact the leasing office for details. It gives no dates, lease lengths or unit list, so confirm which homes qualify before counting on it.

Apartment: in-home washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances with built-in microwaves, granite countertops, tile backsplashes, shaker-style cabinets, kitchen islands with bar seating, kitchen pantries, oversized walk-in closets and 9-foot or vaulted ceilings. Private balconies or patios, wine refrigerators, garden tubs and private entrances are in select homes.
