Apartment: imported Italian cabinetry with soft-close doors, hardwood flooring, Bosch appliances with gas ranges, Moen fixtures in brushed gold or matte black, walk-in showers, Nest thermostats, in-home USB ports and four interior color schemes. Furnished residences and wine and beverage coolers are in select homes. Penthouses add Thermador appliances with a double oven, motorized shades and private terrace access.
