On Oct 4, 2026, two Village plans showed a price: the TH1 two-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome at 1,450 to 1,468 sq ft was from $3,310, and the TH2 three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 1,607 to 1,621 sq ft was from $3,460.
The other three-bedroom, 3.5-bath plans, from 2,355 to 2,639 sq ft, listed no rent, so I have no price for them. Required fixed fees were $145 a month. Water/sewer and common area electric vary with usage.

The same page also lists the separate North Fork apartments, which I did not use. Prices change daily.

Community: a library lounge with fireplace and entertainment kitchen, a poolside club room with billiards, a resort-style pool deck with fireplace and grilling stations, a gaming courtyard, a remote work suite with private offices, 24/7 parcel lockers, bicycle storage and repair stations, a dog park and dog wash stations, a 24-hour gym and electric vehicle charging. These are listed for the Lexington Ranch community.
Apartment: a washer and dryer and a wine fridge in every home, stainless steel appliances with gas ranges and kitchen islands, granite countertops, wood-look plank, tile and carpet flooring, dual-sink primary baths with spa showers, walk-in closets, powder rooms and attached or detached two-car garages. A dedicated study, maintenance-free fenced yard and Sonos speakers are in select homes only.
