Six Austin-area communities list a yoga studio on their own websites as of Oct 2, 2026: The Rowan, Marq Uptown, Water Marq, 1900 Parmer, MAA Windmill Hill and Varenna Lakeside. Only The Rowan says its classes are free. None of the pages I read publish class schedules or per-class fees.

Which Austin apartments list a yoga studio? (checked Oct 2, 2026)

Community Address Yoga or studio wording, as listed Other fitness amenities listed Rent shown on the site
The Rowan (amenities) 3621 W Slaughter Ln, Austin, TX 78749 “24-Hour Yoga Studio”; also “yoga studio with free classes” Expanded 24-hour fitness center 1-bedroom from $1,212 a month (698 sq ft); the site advertises up to 4 weeks free on select units
Marq Uptown (amenities) 3320 Harmon Ave, Austin, TX 78705 “Yoga Studio”; the home page calls it a “relaxing onsite yoga studio” 24-hour fitness center Not captured: the floor-plan prices did not load for me
Water Marq (amenities) 300 E Riverside Dr, Austin, TX 78704 “Indoor Cycling & Yoga Studio” 24-hour fitness center Not captured: its floor-plan page loads prices dynamically
1900 Parmer (amenities) 1900 Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78754 “Dedicated Spin and Yoga Rooms” State-of-the-art 2-story fitness center Studios from $984 a month (458 sq ft), per its floor-plan range
MAA Windmill Hill (site) 1501 Blue Ridge Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626 “24-hour fitness center and yoga studio” 24-hour fitness center Rent starting at $1,283 for a 1-bedroom (744 sq ft)
Varenna Lakeside (amenities) 1701 Wolf Ranch Pkwy, Georgetown, TX 78628 “fitness center, equipped with a yoga and spin studio” Fitness center with a spin studio A 718 sq ft home listed at $1,284.95 a month (base rent $1,200)

Two other communities come close. Nexus at Goodnight Ranch lists a “yoga lawn” outdoors and a fitness center with Pelotons, which is not an indoor studio, and The Asher lists a “flex studio” without calling it yoga. Whether a studio is staffed, how many people it holds and when classes run are not published on these pages, so ask for the class schedule on a tour. How should I check a yoga studio before I lease?

Ask four things: whether classes are free or billed, who teaches them, what hours the room is open, and whether it can be booked for private use. “24-hour” on The Rowan’s amenity list describes access, not scheduled classes. Visit the room during a time you would use it, since a studio that doubles as a spin room, as at 1900 Parmer and Water Marq, may be busy at peak hours.

Frequently asked questions

Which Austin apartments have a yoga studio?

As of Oct 2, 2026, The Rowan, Marq Uptown, Water Marq, 1900 Parmer, MAA Windmill Hill and Varenna Lakeside list one on their own websites.

Do any Austin apartments offer free yoga classes?

The Rowan’s amenities page says “yoga studio with free classes.” The other buildings on this page list a studio without saying whether classes are offered or what they cost.

Is the yoga studio open 24 hours?

The Rowan lists a “24-Hour Yoga Studio,” and MAA Windmill Hill lists a “24-hour fitness center and yoga studio.” The other pages do not state hours for the studio, so ask the leasing office.

Are the yoga rooms shared with spin or cycling?

At Water Marq the room is an “Indoor Cycling & Yoga Studio,” at Varenna Lakeside it is a “yoga and spin studio,” and 1900 Parmer lists “Spin and Yoga Rooms.” Ask whether the spaces are separate.

Do I pay extra to use the studio?

None of the pages I read list a studio fee. Water Marq lists an amenity fee and MAA Windmill Hill lists a community fee among required monthly fees, so check what each building bundles.

Does Taco Street Locating charge for helping me find a building with a yoga studio?

No. The service is free for renters. Apartment communities pay us, so it does not change your lease or your specials. I’m Alexander Concepcion, and I’ll be your point of contact.
