What should I ask about packages before I sign?
Ask whether the package fee is mandatory or optional, whether it is charged per month or per lease term, how long a parcel stays in a locker, and whether cold storage is available. The Katy says cold storage is available, and Jefferson North Ranch lists its lockers fee in the fee schedule. Package fees belong in your total monthly cost, so compare them with the other fees in Dallas apartment move-in costs.
