Berkshire Riverview’s floor plans page showed studios from $1,214 (436 sq ft) to $1,534 (623 sq ft), one-bedrooms from $1,587 (A3D, 818 sq ft) to $2,371 (A7, 1,095 sq ft) and two-bedrooms from $2,269 (D4, 1,162 sq ft) to $2,506 on Oct 3, 2026. Each price is base rent for the lease term shown, which ranged from 16 to 18 months, and does not include required fees and utilities.
I did not find a move-in special on the property pages I read. The FAQ says lease terms run from 1 to 18 months depending on availability, and that early termination carries a fee equal to two months of rent plus repayment of concessions.

Community: direct access to Lady Bird Lake and its trail, a dock with kayak and paddle boat storage, a resort-inspired pool with sundeck and poolside cabanas, an outdoor grilling area, courtyards, a media lounge, a resident lounge with a jam room, a 24-hour fitness center with free weights, a business center, a resident conference room, bike racks, EV charging, an on-site pet park, a package locker system, elevators and a multi-level parking garage. The community is LEED Silver certified and 100% smoke free.
Apartment: in-unit washers and dryers in every apartment, and lake views in select homes. The property pages I read give limited detail on finishes, so ask for a current feature list for the exact home.

Berkshire Riverview allows up to two dogs or cats per apartment with no weight limit. The fee is $500 for the first pet and $250 for the second ($750 for two), plus $20 a month in pet rent per pet.
