The FAQ lists the application fee, parking and pet charges above and says move-in costs include the required deposit and prorated rent. It does not publish an admin fee on the pages I read, so I am not quoting one. The FAQ says the income requirement is 3 times the monthly rent, and a Jetty deposit-alternative is offered. Apartment: island-style kitchens with a glass tile backsplash, stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, oversized tubs, wood-style flooring with carpet in bedrooms, an in-home washer and dryer, a private balcony or patio, ceiling fans, pendant and track lighting and a pre-wired intrusion alarm, plus walk-in showers and private yards in select homes.
