Three two-bedrooms ran from $1,496 (Lake Austin) to $1,622 (Lake Pointe), and the Senna Hills three-bedroom was $2,511. Three more plans (Galleria, Hill Country and Spanish Oaks) showed Contact Us as currently unavailable.
Cortland’s advertised totals add $135 in mandatory monthly fees, which makes the starting totals $1,383 for a one-bedroom and $1,631 for a two-bedroom. I did not find a special on the pages I read.

Apartment: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting, a tile backsplash, a breakfast bar, an in-home washer and dryer, USB-integrated outlets, smart thermostats, walk-in closets, ceiling fans and personal patios or balconies. Kitchen islands, pantries, dens, wood-style flooring and deep-soaking tubs are in select homes.
