The 537 sq ft S1 studio was $1,250 base rent, the 757 sq ft A2 one-bedroom started at $1,435 and the 681 sq ft A1 was $1,540. The 1,131 sq ft B1 two-bedroom was $1,744, and the top of the range was $2,350 for the 1,429 sq ft B5. Several plans with a ‘DS’ label showed no price.
Every quoted total sits exactly $106 above base rent. That matches the fixed monthly fees on the Greystar page for this community: cable and internet $65, doorstep trash $30, pest control $5, and $3 each for trash admin and stormwater admin. Electric, water, sewer and trash hauling are usage-based and extra. I did not find a current special on the property pages I read.
