A two-bedroom with 1,273 sq ft showed $1,692 to $1,847, and the 1,401 sq ft three-bedroom showed $2,029 to $2,044. The page also shows a “Total Monthly Price” that adds mandatory and optional monthly fees on top of base rent, so compare that figure with base rent when you get a quote. Community: a resort-style swimming pool with aqua lounge, a fitness center and group exercise room, a clubroom with catering kitchen, a cyber cafe and conference room, a game room with ping pong, an outdoor pavilion with fire pit, a hammock area, grilling stations, a corn hole field, a bark park, bike parking, covered parking, EV charging stations and elevators in select buildings.
Apartment: stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands, quartz and granite countertops, designer cabinets, side-by-side refrigerators, a washer and dryer, wood-style flooring, faux-wood blinds, USB outlets and a patio or balcony. Select homes add 14-foot ceilings, dual-vanity master baths, garden tubs, stand-up glass showers, built-in shelving, enclosed yards or attached and detached garages (marked “only in select units”).
