The Albright’s floor plans page listed 22 plans with homes on Oct 3, 2026. Base rent started at $1,299 for the 553 sq ft S1 studio, $1,399 for the A3 one-bedroom (640 sq ft) and $2,290 for the B1 two-bedroom (1,149 sq ft), and topped out at $3,040 for the 1,490 sq ft B10.
The site’s Total Monthly Leasing Price adds required fixed fees, which makes the cheapest studio $1,412.68, the cheapest one-bedroom $1,512.68 and the cheapest two-bedroom $2,403.68. I did not find a move-in special on the pages I read.

The property FAQ says garage parking is available at no additional cost and reserved spaces are $50 a month, while Greystar’s page lists reserved parking at $75, so confirm which applies. Community: a resort-style pool with a water feature, a social club room with a television wall, a gaming area with shuffleboard and a pool table, pinball in the clubroom, a co-working lounge with private micro offices, a pet park and pet wash station, a rooftop sky deck with misters, an outdoor kitchen with TVs and a fireplace, a zen garden with cornhole and hammocks, a package room, an on-site market (Lonestar Market), guest parking and two elevators.
Apartment: a front-load full-size washer and dryer, a stainless steel appliance package, granite countertops, custom white cabinets with black pulls, and smart features including USB outlets, smart locks and a Wi-Fi thermostat.

What is the pet policy at The Albright?
The property site says it is pet friendly, with an on-site pet park and a pet spa (wash station). Greystar’s fee list shows a refundable $250 pet deposit, a $250 pet fee, $20 a month pet rent and an annual third-party pet management fee with no amount shown. Breed, weight and pet-count limits were not on the pages I read, so ask the leasing office.
What are the lease terms, utilities and parking at The Albright?
The site priced studios on a 15-month term and one- and two-bedrooms on an 18-month term; rent changes with term and move-in date, so ask about other lengths. Gas, water/sewer, trash hauling and electric are usage-based. The property FAQ says garage parking has no additional cost and reserved spaces are $50 a month, which conflicts with Greystar’s $75 reserved parking figure.

The Albright is at 8528 Burnet Road, which the property describes as just north of North Shoal Creek and just south of The Domain, between The Domain and the MoPac/183 interchange.
