Eleven A1 homes at 605 sq ft ranged from $1,547 to $1,656, one 619 sq ft A1 was $1,435, and one A1P was $1,717. Move-in dates ran from now to Jan 4, 2027. The site says it offers one- and two-bedroom residences, but no two-bedroom was listed.
The fee guide lists required monthly charges of valet trash $35, pest control $5, a gas allocation $4, liability insurance or a program fee $14 and another required fee of $10. That adds up to $68, which I added to base rent in the table. The guide also lists a required $20 package service charge at move-in. Apartment: stainless steel appliances with a glass-top range, kitchen islands in select homes, high-gloss thermofoil cabinetry, wood-like plank flooring, quartz bath counters with undermount sinks, oversized soaking tubs, rainfall showers, nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, patios or balconies, valet trash service and washers and dryers in the listings. Premium residences add Nest thermostats, professional gas ranges, wine refrigerators and Italian marble baths, and some have 750 sq ft rooftop terraces.
