Nine other plans said “Call for Pricing.” The page says plan pricing is base rent only, so required monthly fees add $145 on top.
The site banner read “Lease today and receive 6 weeks free plus a $750 gift card!” with the terms “Restrictions apply. Valid on a 12+ month lease term.” Ask the office for the net monthly price on the exact home you want.

Community: a pool with sundeck, a 24-hour fitness studio with a yoga room, a resident lounge with a conference room, a courtyard with BBQ grills, a coffee bar, an on-site pet park, detached garages, Amazon package lockers, AT&T fiber internet and a Jetty deposit-free program. The property lists the community as less than 2 miles from the Leander Metro Rail station and offers a 30-day guarantee (ask for terms). There are no elevators in the buildings.
Apartment: quartz countertops, a custom tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, an included washer and dryer, hardwood-style flooring, spacious walk-in closets and 10-foot ceilings. Kitchen islands with a built-in wine rack, built-in mud rooms and bookshelves, and private balconies or yards are in select homes.
