One-bedrooms started at $830 (Aspen, 650 sq ft, and Baywood, 698 sq ft), two-bedrooms at $1,095 (Cypress, 889 sq ft) and three-bedrooms at $1,255 (Evergreen, 1,046 sq ft). Individual homes ranged up to $945 for Aspen, $890 for Baywood, $1,155 for Cypress, $1,175 for Dogwood and $1,420 for Evergreen.
The apartment amenities list internet up to 200 Mbps download, cable TV with 150+ HD channels and a washer and dryer as included, but the site does not itemize any monthly fees, so I cannot say whether those are bundled into the rent. Utilities are not included. I did not find a current special on the site.
