By Alexander Concepcion, Taco Street Locating. Checked Oct 2, 2026 against each property’s own website (linked in the table).

Eight Dallas-area communities list EV charging on their own websites as of Oct 2, 2026: SkyHouse, Hyde Park McKinney, The Park at Katy Trail, East Quarter, The National Residences, Glass House, AMLI Grapevine and The Union at Stockyards. Only SkyHouse publishes charger types and a price: six chargers at $0.25 per kWh.

Which Dallas apartments list EV charging? (checked Oct 2, 2026)

Community EV charging, as the property words it Charger detail and cost Parking context on the same site
SkyHouse (FAQ), Victory Park “We have 6 electric vehicle charging stations available for residents in our parking area” 3 universal and 3 Tesla chargers, $0.25/kWh each; both types are reached through the Tesla mobile app Reserved parking spaces are available for $55-$155/month
Hyde Park McKinney (FAQ), McKinney “We have multiple EV charging spots located on the first and second floors of the parking garage” First come, first served; no charger type or price given Attached parking garage
The Park at Katy Trail (amenities), Uptown “Electric vehicle charging stations” in the parking list; the overview says “an underground parking garage with EV charging” No charger type, count or price given Underground, secured, controlled-access garage; reserved spaces available
East Quarter Residences (site), Downtown “Residents with electric vehicles have convenient access to onsite electric charging stations” No charger type, count or price given Reserved parking available
The National Residences (site), Downtown Same wording as East Quarter; the parking line reads “Valet, Garage Parking, Reserved and EV Parking Available” No charger type, count or price given Reserving a space has a monthly cost; the page says to contact the office
Glass House by Windsor (Windsor page) “EV Charging Stations” on the property page; Windsor’s residents page lists “Car charging stations” No charger type, count or price given Not stated on the pages I read
AMLI Grapevine (AMLI page), Grapevine “Electric car charging stations available” The FAQ has a question about charging but I did not capture an answer; no price given Air-conditioned corridors with direct access from the parking garage
The Union at Stockyards (amenities), Fort Worth “Electric vehicle charging stations, a secure package system, tuck-under garages” No charger type, count or price given Tuck-under garages

These are the buildings whose own sites say they have chargers. Other Dallas and Fort Worth communities may have them and not list them, so a missing row is not proof of no chargers. Only SkyHouse says what charging costs, and Hyde Park McKinney is the one that says chargers are first come, first served. “Not stated” means the page I read did not say. Whether a charger is Level 2 or DC fast is not published by any of these eight.

What should I ask before I count on a building’s chargers?

Ask the leasing office in writing how many chargers are in the garage, whether they are Level 2 or DC fast, which connector they use, whether a parking space can be reserved next to one, what the charging costs and who bills it. At SkyHouse the answers are partly on the FAQ page. At the others, the page I read names the amenity and stops there, so get the details before you rely on it.

Frequently asked questions

Which Dallas apartments have EV charging stations?

As of Oct 2, 2026, SkyHouse, Hyde Park McKinney, The Park at Katy Trail, East Quarter, The National Residences, Glass House, AMLI Grapevine and The Union at Stockyards list EV charging on their own sites.

How much does EV charging cost at a Dallas apartment?

Only SkyHouse publishes a price on the pages I read: $0.25 per kWh for both its universal and Tesla chargers. The other seven do not publish a charging price.

Does SkyHouse have Tesla chargers?

Yes. SkyHouse lists 6 chargers, 3 universal and 3 Tesla, and says residents can use both types through the Tesla mobile app.

Are the chargers first come, first served?

Hyde Park McKinney says so for its garage chargers. The other buildings do not describe how access works, so ask the office.

East Quarter, The National Residences, The Park at Katy Trail and SkyHouse list reserved parking, but none of the pages ties a reserved space to a charger. Ask before you reserve.
