By Alexander Concepcion, Taco Street Locating. Checked Oct 2, 2026 against each property’s own website (linked in the table).

Mitchell Lofts, which its manager calls a historic loft renovation of a former cotton gin manufacturing building, is the clearest conversion among the Dallas loft communities checked on Oct 2, 2026. Dallas Power and Light Lofts, Deep Ellum Lofts and LSG Lofts describe historic buildings, while Burnett Lofts at Bishop Ridge is newly built.

Harvest Lofts (site) 1011 S Pearl Expy, Dallas, 75201 The site does not describe a conversion Not shown on the page I checked 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments in the Dallas Farmers Market area

“Loft” can mean a converted warehouse or a new building with loft-style layouts, and the sites do not always say which. I only called a building a conversion when its own site does. Rents come only from the pages named in the table and change often. Group the options by what you care about: exposed brick and timber, rooftop spaces, parking and monthly fees all differ by building.
