The ten homes it listed ran from $1,786 to $2,421 for studios and from $1,901 to $3,161 for one-bedrooms, with each home quoted as a range.
A banner reads “Wickedly Good Savings! Limited Time Pricing! Look & Lease within 48 hours. Available on Select Apartments. Contact Leasing for Details.” The site does not give a dollar value, so ask the office what it is worth on the home you want.

A day later, on Oct 4, 2026, the property’s availability tool also showed specific larger homes: two-bedrooms of 1,029 to 1,079 sq ft at $3,095 to $3,550 base rent, and one 1,382 sq ft three-bedroom at $4,240 base rent (12-month term settings).
