On Oct 3, 2026, Whitley’s floor plans page showed prices for nine plans. Studios started at $1,900 (S2, 525 sq ft) and $1,919 for the 514 sq ft S1. The one-bedroom A3 (778 sq ft) was $2,555 for a 13-month lease, the A2 (775 sq ft) was $2,724 and the A6 (910 sq ft) was $3,031. The two-bedroom B1 (1,070 sq ft) started at $3,432, and the renovated B6 (1,312 sq ft) was $4,562.
The pages I read did not advertise a special. The site’s listed total monthly prices were $138 above base rent on every plan I compared, which is its mandatory monthly fee total before usage-based utilities. Ask the office what is included in that $138.

The building is LEED Silver certified.
Apartment: gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, glass mosaic tile backsplashes, track lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows and an in-home washer and dryer. Walk-in showers, walk-in closets, private terraces and downtown views are in select homes only.
