Market Square Tower’s unit-by-unit prices load through a floor plans tool that did not display prices in the page text I could read on Oct 2, 2026, so I am using the figures the property states in its FAQ. The FAQ says rents run from approximately $2,000 a month for Premier Collection studios to $10,000 or more for Penthouse residences, and that the Penthouse Collection is priced from $9,550 a month. The property does not state one-, two- or three-bedroom starting prices in the text I could read, so confirm current pricing and availability on the live plans and availability page or with the leasing office at 713-777-7000.
