How much does The Rice cost? (checked Oct 2, 2026)
The Rice shows a Total Monthly Leasing Price, which the property says includes base rent, all mandatory monthly fees and any optional fees you select. It excludes usage-based utilities and charges due at move-in or move-out. On Oct 2, 2026, the lowest one-bedroom was Plan A8 at $1,884.62 a month total ($1,727 base rent, 12-month lease, available now). The lowest two-bedroom was Plan B1 at $2,082.62 total ($1,925 base rent, 10-month lease, available now). Both totals sit $157.62 above base rent, which matches the fixed required monthly fees on the fee guide below. See the Rice floor plans page for what is open.
Special: “Fall into Savings! Lease now to receive up to 6 weeks base rent free if you move-in by 10/15! Minimum lease term applies. Other costs and fees excluded.” The free weeks apply to base rent only, so the fixed monthly fees still apply. Ask how the weeks are applied and whether your lease term qualifies.
