Quick answer: EaDo (East Downtown) sits just east of downtown Houston around Shell Energy Stadium, between US-59 and the East End, with Daikin Park to the west. Apartments here are mostly newer mid-rise buildings and converted lofts on Navigation Blvd, Bell St and Sampson St. We checked five on their own websites, including Ely at the Ballpark on the downtown edge.
