E6’s floor plans page showed market-rate total monthly prices of $1,893 for the S1 studio, $1,912 to $2,112 for one-bedrooms and $3,033 to $3,124 for two-bedrooms on Oct 3, 2026, for 14- to 15-month leases. Base rent is $134 lower in each case, and the difference is the mandatory monthly fees. See the E6 floor plans page.
E6 also offers income-qualified SMART Housing homes with their own prices and application rules. Those are not covered here, so contact the office directly if you want to ask about them. I did not see a rent special on the pages I read.

The $134 figure is my subtraction of base rent from the total monthly price on the plans shown, not a fee line the site lists. The site’s own application and admin fee amounts ($65 and $150) are on its affordable housing page, so I am not applying them to market-rate homes. Ask the office for a written move-in total.

Community: a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown, a resort-style pool with cabanas, a fitness center with strength and cardio equipment, a coworking lounge, a conference room, a clubhouse parlor with billiards, a courtyard with grills and games, a dog wash, an outdoor lounge and electric vehicle charging stations.
Apartment: quartz or granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, Bluetooth speakers, USB ports, 9-foot ceilings, plank or stained concrete flooring, undermount sinks and side-by-side refrigerators. Full-size washers and dryers, balconies, wine cubbies and mudroom storage are in select homes only.
