Nexus East’s floor plans page listed market-rate studios from $1,389 to $1,399, one-bedrooms from $1,484 to $1,735 and two-bedrooms from $2,024 to $2,099 in base rent on Oct 3, 2026. The total monthly price was $134 above base rent on every plan I checked, which reflects mandatory monthly fees. See the Nexus East floor plans page.
The site also has a SMART Housing program with income rules, which this market-rate breakdown does not cover. I did not see a current special on the pages I read, so ask the office whether any offer applies to your move-in date.

Community: a resort-style pool, a sky lounge with a rooftop terrace, a 2-story fitness center with a spin room, a clubroom with a pool table, a co-work lounge with 13 private studios, print services, a coffee bar, a 24-hour market place, concierge services, a bark park and paw spa, EV charging stations, a putt putt golf course, bike storage and a gated community with covered parking.
Apartment: chef’s kitchens with oversized islands, granite countertops, resilient wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets and a washer and dryer in every home. Many homes have a balcony or patio.

What is the pet policy at Nexus East?
Nexus East is pet-friendly with a two-pet maximum per apartment and a 100 pound weight limit. Standard breed restrictions apply, and the property uses a pet-screening partner for its review process. The pet fee, deposit and rent amounts are on that screening page and not on the site pages I read, so confirm them with the office. Assistance animals are not subject to the breed, size, fee or deposit rules. The community has a bark park and paw spa.
