The Banks of Springdale’s floor plans page showed pricing on 8 of its 14 plans on Oct 3, 2026. Base rent started at $1,088 for the 542 sq ft S1 studio, $1,473 for the 701 sq ft A2 one-bedroom and $1,897 for the 1,023 sq ft B1 two-bedroom, up to $2,197 for the largest priced plan, the 1,236 sq ft B4. Six plans (S2, S3, A4, B2, B3 and B5) showed Contact Us instead of a price.
The site’s Total Monthly Leasing Price adds required fixed fees, making the S1 $1,144.62, the A2 $1,529.62 and the B1 $1,953.62. I did not find a move-in special on the pages I read.

Community: a clubroom with TVs, a kitchen, a coffee bar and billiards, workspaces with conference room access, a resort-style pool with private cabanas, a courtyard grill area, a 24-hour fitness studio, a pet spa, bike storage and a repair station, parking with electric vehicle charge ports, package concierge, direct access to the Little Walnut Creek Greenbelt, a resident app and resident events.
Apartment: nine-foot or higher ceilings, plank flooring, granite countertops with undermount sinks, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, contemporary kitchen cabinetry, full-size washers and dryers, blinds, USB outlets and walk-in closets. Private balconies or patios are in select units.
