The floor plans page listed 23 available homes on Oct 3, 2026, and showed a starting price for every plan. The 654 to 666 sq ft A1 one-bedroom started at $1,285, and the 885 to 979 sq ft A4 started at $1,599. The 1,046 sq ft B1 two-bedroom started at $1,559, and the 1,317 sq ft B3 at $1,899. Several plans showed ‘Inquire for details’ instead of an availability count.
Each plan also shows a much higher figure, such as $2,222 for the A1. I did not find an explanation on the page, so treat the starting price as the lowest quote and ask the office what lease term and move-in date it needs. The site publishes no fee table, and its lease cost calculator did not load in the page text I read. The leasing special is 6 weeks free on a 13-month or longer lease when you apply and move in by Oct 31, with restrictions.

Apartment: vinyl plank floors, berber carpet, quartz countertops, high ceilings with fans, custom cabinets, a dishwasher, an ice maker, a patio or balcony, a washer and dryer, modern lighting, and walk-in showers or garden soaking tubs. Select homes have pantries, mud rooms and linen closets.
