The property’s availability tool listed 25 homes on Oct 3, 2026. The 625 sq ft A one-bedroom started at $1,157 base rent and the 726 sq ft A1 at $1,212. The 1,100 sq ft B2 two-bedroom started at $1,426, and the 957 sq ft B at $1,552. The A1 had the most homes shown, with eight.
The quoted monthly total adds $69.01 to each plan. That matches the itemized required fees: trash and recycling $35, Fetch package service $19, pest control $5, rent billing $5, service fee $3, compost $2 and a city fee of $0.01 to $5 (the tool uses $0.01). Water, sewer, gas and electric are billed on usage, with a 9% admin charge on water service. Renters liability insurance is required. I did not find a special besides employer discounts.

Community: a fitness center, clubhouse, resort-inspired pool with a tanning deck, dog park, EV charging station, open yoga studio, resident business center, game room and lounge, zen garden, courtyard with cornhole, limited-access building entry and Wi-Fi in amenity spaces. The community hosts resident events such as food trucks and ice cream bars.
Apartment: full-size washers and dryers, granite counters, stainless appliances, energy-efficient appliances, walk-in closets with shoe racks and linen and coat closets. Island kitchens, double vanity sinks, built-in shelving, wood vinyl flooring, private patios or balconies, carports, detached garages, rentable storage and downtown views are in select homes.

Renters insurance is required.
