The Sondery’s floor plans page showed these non-income-restricted base rents on Oct 3, 2026: studios from $1,604 (E4, 553 sq ft), one-bedrooms from $1,550 (A5, 622 sq ft) and two-bedrooms from $1,896 (B5, 1,057 sq ft), up to $2,764 for the B7 two-bedroom. The page’s “Total Monthly Price” adds mandatory fees and was $48.01 above base rent on the plans I checked, so mandatory fees appear to be about $48.01 a month, though the site does not itemize them here.
The site also has an Affordable Housing program with 60% and 80% income limits. I am not pricing those homes, because their rents and some fees differ. I did not find a current special on the site.

The site’s fee guide did not load in the data I could read. Its note says total monthly price excludes usage-based charges and amounts due at or before move-in, and that some fees may not apply to homes in an affordable program. Community: a rooftop pool with Downtown views, a fitness center with a spin room, a lounge with working desks and a catering kitchen, a business center, a game courtyard, a zen courtyard with a fire pit table, a gated community, a parking garage, elevators, Amazon package lockers, bike storage, valet trash and air-conditioned breezeways. The site lists the community as pet-friendly and near bus routes.
Apartment: smart locks, soft-close cabinets, a tiled backsplash, granite countertops, Frigidaire appliances, a full-size stackable washer and dryer, wood laminate flooring and ceiling fans in all rooms. 12-foot ceilings, dual sinks in the primary bath, a balcony and a kitchen island are in select units.
