The Zenith’s floor plans page showed one market-rate home available on Oct 3, 2026: the A5 one-bedroom (612 sq ft) starting at $1,499 base rent, available now. The other studio and one-bedroom plans said “Please Contact Office” for pricing and availability. The site notes that floor plan pricing is base rent only.
The Zenith is a mixed-income community: each plan also appears as an “Affordable” version. I am covering only the market-rate homes and am not quoting restricted-home rents. I did not find a current special on the site, so I am not listing one.
